Social media is fantastic for boosting your SEO, the more times your web address is shown on the Internet the better it is for your website in Google and other search engines. Social media helps you build relationship with your customers, it is a two-way channel which allows you to build on those relationships and create brand loyalty. This is something traditional advertising just doesn’t have.
Social media adverts can be targeted so that you are hitting your target customers and can be as specific as gender, location, interests and behaviours. In today’s current social media environment it is important that you are running targeted adverts to reach out to customers. These need to be measured analysed and reevaluated regularly to ensure you are getting the best from your advertising budget.
Now you know that it is a must it is also good to know that 22% of social media marketing activities are performed by outside agencies.
